Refund and Return Policy

At Even Online, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not fully pleased with your order, our straightforward return process is designed to make things right. This Refund and Return Policy outlines how to return an item and request a refund.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return your purchase within 30 days from the date you received your order. To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following requirements:

  • Unused and in Original Condition: The item must show no signs of wear or use and be in the same condition as when delivered.
  • Original Tags and Packaging: All tags must remain attached, and the item must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging.

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Follow these steps to return your order:

  • Submit Your Return Request: Visit our online return portal by clicking to complete the return procedure.
  • Await Authorization: Our Customer Care team will review your request and confirm authorization via email.
  • Use the Pre-Paid Label: Attach the pre-paid DHL return label included with your order to the package.
  • Ship Your Return:
    • Drop off the package at your nearest DHL drop-off point, or
    • Schedule a collection by visiting https://mydhl.express.dhl/ and entering the Waybill number from your label.
  • Keep Proof of Postage: Retain a copy of your return postage receipt for your records.

Note: All returns are shipped from Bulgaria. Please ensure your package is securely packaged before sending.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your return, here’s what happens:

  • Inspection and Notification: We’ll inspect the item and email you to confirm receipt and the status of your refund (approved or rejected).
  • Refund Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 10 working days. (Note: Your document mentions both 10 working days and 30 days; I’ve chosen 10 working days for consistency with the first mention. Please clarify if 30 days is intended.)
  • Refund Rejection: If the return doesn’t meet our policy, we’ll notify you with an explanation.

Important: Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
