You may return your purchase within 30 days from the date you received your order. To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following requirements:

Original Tags and Packaging: All tags must remain attached, and the item must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging.
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
2. How to Initiate a Return
Follow these steps to return your order:

Await Authorization: Our Customer Care team will review your request and confirm authorization via email.

Use the Pre-Paid Label: Attach the pre-paid DHL return label included with your order to the package.

- Drop off the package at your nearest DHL drop-off point, or
- Schedule a collection by visiting https://mydhl.express.dhl/ and entering the Waybill number from your label.

Keep Proof of Postage: Retain a copy of your return postage receipt for your records.
Note: All returns are shipped from Bulgaria. Please ensure your package is securely packaged before sending.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive your return, here’s what happens:

Inspection and Notification: We’ll inspect the item and email you to confirm receipt and the status of your refund (approved or rejected).

Refund Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 10 working days.
